Shift: Days, typical hours (e.g., 8 am – 4 pm)
Hours per week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Contract / Temp
Licensure: MA Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible
Experience: Preferably 1+ years in LTC or rehabilitation settings
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hr
Pay package includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure/certification reimbursements, travel and other applicable reimbursements, Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws, Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated team support
What You’ll Do:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans following regulatory standards
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
Support wound care and assistive device use for patients' physical recovery
Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Document services accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with clinical team members and support staff
Supervise rehabilitation aides and students as needed
Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts
What You Need:
Current Massachusetts PT license or eligibility
At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in LTC or rehab
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of regulatory and documentation requirements
