Physical Therapist – Long-Term Care (LTC) – Haverhill, MA

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and develop tailored care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders
Administer physical therapy procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document all clinical activities and patient responses in electronic medical records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on patient care strategies
Support discharge planning with comprehensive summaries
Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
What You Need
Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards
