Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You'll Do
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Conduct thorough evaluations, set goals, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Administer a wide range of physical therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and manual therapy
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and discharge instructions
Document patient assessments and treatment progress accordance with facility and legal standards
Supervise and collaborate with physical therapy assistants and other healthcare team members
Maintain compliance with third-party payer requirements and professional standards
What You Need
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitative therapy
Strong skills in communication, motivation, and patient care
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
