What You’ll Do:
Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Administer rehabilitative treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
Assist with assessment of patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans
Document all services accurately in electronic health records per regulatory requirements
Support and supervise students under supervision of the Occupational Therapist
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences to ensure ongoing professional growth
Support supply and DME needs per clinical requirements
What You Need:
Valid State Licensure/Registration (when applicable)
Prior experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards
