Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You’ll Do:
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient care.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL) retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of supportive devices.
Contribute to the assessment of patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists.
Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic health records.
Support patients, families, and caregivers with education and guidance on cognitive and physical therapy plans.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Support supervision and mentoring of students under the therapist’s guidance.
What You Need:
Active Oklahoma State Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
1+ year of outpatient or long-term care experience preferred.
Knowledge of rehabilitative procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
