Experience: Preference for previous LTC experience

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs
Use therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, and coordination
Design and fabricate custom splints as prescribed by physicians
Supervise aide and assistant staff as guided by regulations
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
What You Need
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and documentation standards
