What You’ll Do
Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of physical therapists
Conduct patient assessments through exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
Document patient progress accurately and report to the supervising therapist
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans
Support patient recovery goals in a long-term care setting
Maintain compliance with licensing and facility protocols
What You Need
Valid Texas Occupational Therapist license or certification
Experience working in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
