Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop personalized care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards
Administer treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, assistive device use, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify plans as needed
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
Document all services in electronic health records according to policy
Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and training sessions
Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, and students
Ensure compliance with AOTA, NBCOT, and state practice acts
What You Need:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri
NBCOT certification required
Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
