Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $40.87/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Monitor residents’ mental and physical well-being, reporting changes to supervisors
Accurately receive and implement physicians’ orders, including medication administration and treatments
Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) ensuring quality resident care
Assist with resident rounds with physicians, addressing medical needs and facilitating communication
Administer oxygen, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and perform wound care
Complete documentation via electronic medical records, manage pharmaceuticals, and oversee infection control procedures
Admit, discharge, and transfer residents; maintain accurate reports and documentation
Communicate effectively with residents’ families regarding care and concerns
Assume unit management responsibilities during shifts under supervision
Follow all regulations regarding medication storage and administration
Support the orientation and ongoing training of nursing staff
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in New Hampshire
Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Prior supervisory experience in a nursing environment
Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and resident management
