Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor residents’ mental and physical well-being, reporting changes to supervisors
  • Accurately receive and implement physicians’ orders, including medication administration and treatments
  • Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) ensuring quality resident care
  • Assist with resident rounds with physicians, addressing medical needs and facilitating communication
  • Administer oxygen, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and perform wound care
  • Complete documentation via electronic medical records, manage pharmaceuticals, and oversee infection control procedures
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer residents; maintain accurate reports and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with residents’ families regarding care and concerns
  • Assume unit management responsibilities during shifts under supervision
  • Follow all regulations regarding medication storage and administration
  • Support the orientation and ongoing training of nursing staff
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in New Hampshire
  • Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
  • Prior supervisory experience in a nursing environment
  • Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and resident management
