What You’ll Do
Provide and document nursing care to patients in a home setting
Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to develop and implement care plans
Evaluate patient response to treatments and modify care as needed
Promote health and prevent illness through patient education
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical data
Exercise independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Respond effectively to emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and emotional stability
What You Need
Required:
Valid Massachusetts LVN/LPN license
CPR certification
At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Willingness to be flexible with work hours and accept on-call responsibilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in various weather conditions
Preferred:
Experience with outpatient or community health settings
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional stability
