Experience: Prior leadership and rehab supervision experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $58.96/hr

What You’ll Do
Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines
Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently
Lead and participate in facility meetings and strategic planning
Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives
Monitor compliance with policies, documentation standards, and chart audits
Oversee documentation completion and staff adherence to policies
Collaborate with management to meet rehab goals and maintain high-quality care
What You Need
Valid licensure and certifications in relevant rehabilitation disciplines
Prior leadership and supervisory experience in a rehab environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to promote team collaboration and uphold compliance standards
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
