What You’ll Do:
Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures following sterile protocols
Assist surgeons and staff during surgeries by passing instruments and maintaining supplies
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning
Maintain a sterile environment and support infection control procedures
Document procedural details accurately in accordance with hospital policies
Support patient care by ensuring safety standards are met before, during, and after surgeries
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth procedures and patient safety
What You Need:
Required:
Current Certified Surgical Tech (CST) certification
Prior experience in operating room settings
Knowledge of sterile procedures and surgical instrumentation
Preferred:
Ability to work evening shifts efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
