What You’ll Do
Assist surgical teams during procedures across general, gyn, vascular, thoracic, neuro, trauma, ortho, and other specialties.
Maintain sterile fields and prepare operating rooms for upcoming surgeries.
Ensure equipment and supplies are available and functioning correctly.
Precept and guide other staff when proficiency is demonstrated.
Work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Follow facility protocols, dress code (facility-provided scrubs), and safety procedures.
What You Need
Required:
Certified Surgical Tech (CST) license
Recent surgical tech experience in hospital OR settings
Ability to work independently and precept when needed
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
Proficiency in general and specialty procedures listed
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
