Key Responsibilities:
Quickly assess patient conditions upon admission to determine severity and priority.
Provide immediate interventions to stabilize patients and prevent complications.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
Respond effectively to rapidly changing situations in a high-pressure environment.
Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Oklahoma.
Proven experience in emergency room settings or acute care.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused during emergencies.
Proficiency in patient documentation and medical record keeping.
Nice to Have Skills:
BLS/ACLS certification.
Experience with trauma or cardiac emergency procedures.
Bilingual abilities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or associate degree in nursing.
Minimum of 1 year recent ER or acute care nursing experience.
Other Requirements:
Current Oklahoma RN license.
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
Travel or relocation assistance may be provided if applicable.
