Overview:
As a Temp Ultrasound Technologist, you will operate advanced ultrasound equipment, capturing precise images essential for accurate diagnosis. Your keen eye for detail will ensure imaging quality, and your ability to interpret results will aid physicians in making informed treatment decisions. This role is critical in providing timely, accurate imaging services in a fast-paced, night-shift environment, making a real difference in patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment for General and OB/GYN imaging
Strong understanding of ultrasound anatomy and pathology
Ability to review, analyze, and ensure image quality and diagnostic usefulness
Excellent communication skills to clearly summarize results for medical staff
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify abnormal findings and alert physicians appropriately
Knowledge of safety protocols and patient care procedures in a clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with advanced ultrasound technologies or specialty imaging
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations
Previous experience working night shifts in a healthcare environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of accredited ultrasound technologist program
Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical ultrasound experience, preferably in hospital settings
Other Requirements:
Valid ultrasound technician license and applicable certifications
Ability to work night shifts reliably
Willingness to comply with all applicable safety and healthcare regulations
Flexibility for travel or reimbursable expenses if necessary
Starting on March 10, 2026, with an hourly pay rate of $66.30, this position provides a competitive pay package, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and participation in our robust referral bonus program. We offer paid sick time per all applicable laws, as well as licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
