Required Skills:
Valid state licensure and ASHA certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Proven experience in evaluating and rehabilitating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Strong assessment and clinical intervention skills utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and patient counseling
Ability to document clinical activities accurately in electronic health records, adhering to regulatory standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience supervising CFYs or student speech-language pathologists
Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) procurement and management
Familiarity with interdisciplinary team participation and clinical meetings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
Must obtain any necessary DME or supplies per clinical standards
Ability to participate in required trainings, meetings, and conferences
Willingness to support patient care through compassionate counseling and effective communication
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $58.96, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program. We also provide reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other eligible expenses.
