Join Our Team as a Temp Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) in Long Term Care - Ada, OK!

What You’ll Bring:
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills using standardized and evidence-based practices
Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams
Proficiency in documenting treatment progress and regulatory compliance
Ability to provide consultation and counseling to patients and their support networks
Experience supervising and supporting CFY or student SLPs (preferred)
Nice to Have:
Experience working in long-term care or similar settings
Knowledge of recent ASHA guidelines and state licensure standards
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Current ASHA certification and state licensure in Oklahoma
Prior experience working as an SLP in a long-term care or similar facility
Additional Requirements:
Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
Ability to work dayshift hours (Day schedule)
Willingness to comply with all regulatory and clinical practice standards
Supervision of CFY or student speech-language pathologists as needed
