Join Our Team as a Temp Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health (Days) in Pittsfield, MA
Are you a passionate Speech and Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity in home health care? We are looking for a dedicatedTemp SLP to provide exceptional speech therapy services to clients in the Pittsfield area. In this position, you will evaluate and treat clients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of personalized care plans that enhance patient outcomes. Required Skills:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Massachusetts
Proven experience in providing outpatient or home health speech therapy
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric or adult populations
Bilingual abilities
Knowledge of telehealth platforms
Experience in documentation management software
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in home health or outpatient settings
Current CPR certification
Other Requirements:
Availability for an 8-hour shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Ability to travel within the service area; residence is required outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
Availability to start on 12/01/2026
Must include at least two specific interview availability times in your profile
Willingness to comply with all licensure, certification, and reimbursement procedures
Willing to accept travel and other eligible reimbursements
RTO requests limited to no more than 5 days; all requested time off must be noted and verified upfront
This position offers competitive pay at $67.00 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
