What You Will Do:
As a Temp RN in Med Surg, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Your expertise will ensure patient safety, comfort, and recovery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers a structured schedule of 12-hour night shifts, starting on January 26, 2026, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Required Skills:
Valid RN license for the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of hospital protocols and healthcare regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
BLS and ACLS certifications
Previous experience working night shifts in hospital settings
Familiarity with diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
At least two years of professional nursing experience in a hospital Med Surg unit
Other Requirements:
Must upload and hold a valid Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) with your profile before consideration
Availability for at least two specific interview dates and times—"anytime" will not be accepted
Resides outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
Must include your perm address in your profile
RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days and must be noted upfront during the application process

Hourly Pay Rate: $60.97
