Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights) Lawton, OK

Required Skills:
Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or the ability to obtain one
Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with hospital policies, electronic health records (EHR), and patient safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual proficiency
Advanced skills in wound care or IV therapy
Experience with patient education and discharge planning
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
Prior experience working night shifts is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must maintain current licensure and certifications
Willingness to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Ability to fulfill physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting as required
Compliance with all healthcare facility policies and safety standards
