Required Skills:
Valid RN license and current state licensure
Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proficiency in patient care documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
BLS and ACLS certifications
Prior travel or agency nursing experience
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience
Familiarity with hospital protocols and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Other Requirements:
Must be available to start on or before 03/12/2026
Ability to work night shifts prone to extended hours
Willingness to travel and adhere to all safety and health guidelines
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and any specialized nursing credentials are required
