Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Proven clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting
Adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
BLS and ACLS certifications
Prior travel nursing experience
Knowledge of hospital protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital environment
Other Requirements:
Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license (must be uploaded with profile)
Reside more than 50 miles from the assignment location
Availability for scheduled interviews with at least two specific date and time options
Personal scrubs acceptable as dress code
Must include any requested time off at profile submission; RTO requests post-upload will not be approved
Shift time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
Be prepared for orientation and compliance with holiday and overtime multipliers (1.25x)
