Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to handle diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
Other Requirements:
Must include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license with profile submissions
Availability for at least two specific interview dates/times; “anytime” will not be accepted
Reside more than 50 miles from Pittsfield facility
Upload perm address during profile creation
Note: No more than 5 days of approved time off (RTO); requests must be noted at upload and approved in advance
Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, starting from January 26, 2026
Pay Rate: $60.97 per hour
Shift Length: 12 hours
