Required Skills:
Valid Massachusetts RN license or equivalent health professional licensure (OT, PT, SLP, Pharmacist) with necessary certifications
Extensive experience in lactation consultation, patient assessment, and treatment planning
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive lactation care plans
Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience coordinating lactation programs or similar initiatives
Additional certifications in lactation consulting or breastfeeding support
Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient healthcare delivery models
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field; Master’s preferred
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience specializing in lactation or maternal health
Previous experience in program coordination or leadership roles within healthcare settings
Other Requirements:
Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (or valid license for allied health professionals)
Must include Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license in profile for consideration
Certifications related to lactation consulting must be current and uploaded at profile creation
Ability to provide coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Availability to start from January 26, 2026, with reliable transportation
No more than 5 days of planned time off, verified upon application, no exceptions for late requests
