Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (Nights) Pittsfield, MA
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Temp Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care during night shifts. Required Skills:
Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Proven experience in critical care nursing, emphasizing adult patient populations.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Competence in patient monitoring, medication administration, and use of critical care equipment.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Prior experience in acute or ICU settings.
Ability to adapt to rapid changes in patient status.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of critical care experience in a hospital setting.
Valid Massachusetts RN license with temporary nursing service license uploaded at profile creation.
Other Requirements:
Must upload and hold an active Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License.
Availability for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Strict adherence to uniform and dress code policies, with personal scrubs permitted.
RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days and must be noted during application; late requests will not be approved.
Willingness to work a 12-hour shift with a 36-hour weekly schedule.
