In this role, you will perform selected physical therapy procedures under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist, treating patients with modalities and exercises tailored to their medical needs. Your responsibilities include completing all documentation, maintaining a neat and organized department, and assisting in the comprehensive care of patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. This position provides a platform for professional growth and meaningful experience within a reputable healthcare facility.
Required Skills:
Valid and current PTA license or certification in Oklahoma
Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, exercises, and treatment planning
Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and documentation requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with pediatric and geriatric patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Previous clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
Knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and patient-centered care
Other Requirements:
Ability to work daytime hours, 8-hour shifts
Good standing with state licensing boards
Willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols
Travel is not required for this role
