Quick Facts
Licenses/Certifications: Current valid PTA license in Texas
Experience: Preferred minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care settings
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $40.20 per hour
Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans through exercise, massage, and therapeutic interventions
Support gait and balance training to improve patient mobility
Monitor, record, and report patient progress accurately
Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Prepare treatment areas and assist with therapeutic equipment
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver quality care
What You Need
Required:
Valid PTA license in Texas
At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care environment
Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and mobility aids
