Temp - PT - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) – Groveton, TX

Required Skills:
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician orders
Proficiency in documentation compliant with regulations and timeframes
Knowledge of safety standards and ability to operate within scope of practice
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Certification in specialized therapy techniques or patient education
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient or long-term care experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Other Requirements:
Must be available to start on or before October 27, 2025
Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts
Ability to perform physical assessments and patient management in a clinical setting
Consistent adherence to safety policies and practice standards
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be preferred for travel reimbursement when applicable
