We are seeking a highly skilled Temp - PT to provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Valid Physical Therapy License and Home Health Certification
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and application of rehabilitation modalities
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and progress
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in home health or outpatient settings
Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Prior experience in home health or pediatric/geriatric care preferred
At least 1-2 years of clinical practice in relevant settings
Other Requirements:
Ability to work Dayshift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 8 hours of work per day
Reliable transportation for in-home visits (if applicable)
Willingness to comply with all documentation, confidentiality, and safety protocols
Availability for scheduled interviews with specific dates and times
No more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment, with advanced notice for approval
Travel reimbursements, licensure, certification, and other applicable reimbursements provided
