We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality inpatient therapy services in Windsor, VT. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Required Skills:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Vermont
Proven experience in inpatient therapy settings
Strong assessment and treatment planning capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of community health programs
BLS/CPR certification
Prior experience with diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient OT experience
Current Vermont OT licensure and credentials up-to-date
Other Requirements:
Must be available to begin on 03/30/2026
No travel outside a 50-mile radius; local residents are not eligible
Willingness to complete required documentation and verification promptly
Reliable access to transportation and necessary tools for therapy delivery
