Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional inpatient therapy services in Lawton, OK. This temporary role is integral to helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Required Skills
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligibility to practice in the state
Strong understanding of inpatient therapy protocols and patient care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with acute care and inpatient rehabilitation
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Familiarity with current therapy techniques and assistive technologies
Previous work in a hospital or inpatient setting
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in inpatient or acute care settings
Current CPR certification

Ability to work full days, scheduled Monday through Friday
Travel reimbursement eligibility where applicable
