What You'll Bring to the Role:
Strong knowledge of addiction treatment protocols and case management
Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress accurately
Experience in patient advocacy, liaising with community and regulatory agencies, and crisis intervention
Demonstrated organizational skills to coordinate care, manage documentation, and meet regulatory standards
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with Federal and State regulatory standards related to addiction treatment
Experience working with methadone maintenance and detoxification programs
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
A minimum of an associate's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred
Prior experience in chemical dependency counseling or addiction treatment settings
Certification as an Addiction Counselor or similar credential is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel as necessary
Present during scheduled working hours at the office for in-person meetings and access to a computer
Ability to handle crisis situations effectively
Must adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies
