What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a CMA or Medical Assistant, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Ability to perform vital signs, patient histories, and assist with examinations and procedures.
Competence in clerical tasks such as scheduling, referrals, record keeping, and answering phones.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and proficiency in handling medical instruments and autoclaves.
Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated flexibility.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population.
Prior experience in an outpatient or primary care environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is preferred.
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Must maintain current CPR certification.
Willingness to assist with training new staff or orientation.
Flexibility to handle various tasks and assist in different clinical areas as needed.
This position offers competitive pay at $21.44/hour along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, referral bonuses, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses when applicable.
