Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing surgical tech duties within a specialty setting
Current BLS certification
Certification as a Surgical Technologist through NBSTA or NCCT
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic medical records
Knowledge ofing surgical procedures and instruments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
Prior experience in outpatient or hospital surgical departments
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work varying shifts, typically 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities
Ability to work 13-week assignments starting from 10/14/2024
Willingness to work during the holiday season, including at least two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve)
Valid licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable
