Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the surgical specialty.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NCCT or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and equipment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and follow strict protocols.
Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with specific surgical procedures or advanced technical skills.
Additional certifications or training related to surgical technology.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NCCT).
At least 2 years of direct operating room experience within a specialized surgical field.
Proven ability to support complex surgical procedures and work well under pressure.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work the scheduled hours from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
Ability to adapt to shift changes as needed.
Compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
This role may require travel or reimbursements for licensure, certification, or additional training.
