Location: 1 Saint Mary Place, Shreveport, LA 71101
Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You’ll Do
Assist physicians during surgical procedures with competence and professionalism
Handle and maintain surgical equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for procedures
Perform scrubbing duties for surgeries in the operating room
Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes, adhering to quality control measures
Support department operations and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
Adapt quickly to changing circumstances within the clinical setting
Maintain required clinical knowledge, skills, equipment, and credentials
Protect patient safety by following established protocols and handling biological materials safely
What You Need
Certification in Surgical Technology
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of surgical tech experience
BLS certification through American Heart Association
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good judgment and ability to work independently
