We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician to play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams and delivering exceptional patient care. Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Surgical Technology
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar medical setting
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to exercise good judgment and work independently
Basic analytical skills and adaptability to change
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with endoscope disinfection and quality control
Familiarity with hospital protocols and sterile field maintenance
Additional certifications in patient safety or specialized surgical procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program
Proven track record of supporting surgical teams in fast-paced environments
Other Requirements:
Ability to work within a 24/7 shift schedule, including the overnight hours
Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force and handle repetitive motions
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials
Commitment to maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $38.02, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a supportive team environment dedicated to your professional success.
