Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive CVOR experience seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? Our organization is looking for a skilled CVOR Technician to join a busy Level 1 trauma center, where your expertise will directly contribute to patient outcomes and surgical success. What we’re looking for:
minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
Proven circulating experience and recent strong scrub skills in cardiac surgeries
Current CST license and BLS certification
Flexibility to float across Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD as needed
Ability to work 12-hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with weekend and holiday rotation
On-call availability approximately one weekend per month
Commitment to maintaining a nicotine-free environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Additional certifications or training related to cardiac or trauma care
Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical settings
Minimum of 2 years’ CVOR experience in a level 1 trauma or similar high-volume setting
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotations
Ability to provide reliable coverage with minimal notice for shift cancellations
Ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment and uphold safety standards
