Licensure/Certifications: Medical license in Wisconsin, board certification in cardiothoracic surgery preferred
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of cardiothoracic surgery practice
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $329.55

What You’ll Do:
Provide expert cardiothoracic surgical care in a hospital setting
Support pre-operative evaluations and post-operative management of patients
Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to healthcare standards
Participate in on-call rotations during assigned shifts and coverage dates
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
Valid medical license in Wisconsin
Board certification or eligibility in cardiothoracic surgery
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Ability to work night shifts reliably
