M-F 6a-2p 8hr GT OT after 8 hours daily **We need someone for at least 3 weeks out of the month – this provides consistency.
Call: 5 on weekdays 75 weekends ER Call primarily
Patient Population: Adults ONLY
Office/Clinic = 10 Hospital = 90
Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient/Acute Care
Daily Caseload: 10 patient per day - 5 Admissions 5 ICU 4 Surgeries
Support Staff: 4 physicians 7 mid-levels
EMR: Epic
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Required Skills:
Must be able to harvest vein and first assist surgeon on all open heart cases suturing and pre/post op surgical care
OT applies after 8 hours onsite per day
Daily rate: 2000
Orientation rate: 250/hr
Callback rate: 337.50/hr
Daily rate covers working at the clinic for 8 hours AND covers call when at the hotel after locum has left campus for the day. If the provider works past 8 hours a day an OT bill rate of 1.35x applies. Call back bill rates if called back on campus after locum has left for the day needs to match OT 1.35x bill rate.
