Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $761.79

What You’ll Do:
Support cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including vein harvesting
Provide perioperative care for adult patients (18+) in urgent care scenarios
Assist with pre- and post-operative assessments, protocols, and documentation
Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiology, and ICU staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Respond to 24-hour call, with approximately 4 hours callback per day, including rounding
Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment, managing stable patients from ICU to discharge or transfer
What You Need:
Valid PA RN license with NP certification in cardiothoracic surgery
DEA certification
Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery
Ability to work a demanding night shift schedule
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
