Required Skills:
CRCST or CSPDT certification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting at Level I or II
Proficiency with sterilization equipment including Sterilizer, Sterrad Machines, Ultrasonic (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
Strong attention to detail and adherence to infection control protocols
Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in emergency or trauma units
Familiarity with high-level sterilization techniques and advanced sterilization equipment
Prior experience as a traveler or in a hospital environment with complex procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Healthcare-related certification such as CRCST or CSPDT
At least two years of operational experience in a hospital sterile processing department
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Other Requirements:
Commitment to report for assigned shifts, including potential emergency team duties with possible extended hours or standby responsibilities
No cancellations or gaps in employment history
Ability to accept and comply with all assignment specifics as directed by the unit manager
Willingness to work the mid-shift (14:00 - 22:30)
