Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) or Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
License/Certifications: Active RN license, BCLS, ACLS, NIH required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing, with at least 1 year in PCU

What You'll Do:
Provide direct patient care to adult oncology patients on the Med Onc PCU, including pediatric patients (rare).
Monitor and interpret telemetry for dysrhythmias; respond to rapid response calls.
Administer medications, including chemotherapy, blood products, and cardiac drips.
Manage IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, and ports.
Perform wound care, manage drains, and support airway management (e.g., CPAP, BIPAP).
Document and ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-quality patient care.
What You Need: Required:
Current RN license in Ohio or applicable state
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, with at least 1 year in PCU
BCLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation, IV insertion, and central line management
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage high-acuity patients
Preferred:
Oncology or chemotherapy administration experience
Experience with phlebotomy, wound care, and arterial lines
