Step Down Registered Nurse – Night Shift – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality step-down nursing care for patients in a PCU setting
Monitor patient health status and update care plans accordingly
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records
Respond to patient needs and emergency situations efficiently
Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing regulations
What You Need
Required:
Active Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
1+ year of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting
Ability to work night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Preferred:
Previous experience in a PCU or step-down unit
Familiarity with hospital electronic health record systems
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
