Experience: Preferred previous mental health therapy experience (individual and group), strong communication skills

What You’ll Do
Conduct intake and assessment of new clients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Develop, modify, and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Collaborate with team members in case planning and progress evaluation
Participate in specialty groups such as family therapy, family education, or trauma-informed care (as interested)
Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and state/federal regulations
Attend staffing, discipline, and medical team meetings
Support a trauma-informed, safe environment conducive to healing and growth
What You Need
Required:
Master’s degree in a related mental health field
LMHC or LISW licensure in Iowa (or LMSW/Temp LMHC with supervisory eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in mental health settings preferred
Preferred:
Experience in individual, family, and group therapy
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
