Speech and Language Pathologist – Outpatient & Inpatient Setting – International Falls, MN

Quick Facts:
Location: International Falls, MN
Start Date: Upon approval
Position Duration: Permanent placement
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday (Flexible options like 4-10s also available)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field with EMR experience (preferably Epic)
Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Placement Fee: Starting from $70,000 at the lower end of the scale; vendor fees apply accordingly
Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off (details provided upon hiring)
What You’ll Do:
Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Epic EMR system
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development
Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and safety
What You Need:
Required:
MN SLP license
ASHA Certification
BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Experience with electronic medical records, especially Epic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
