What You’ll Do:
As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to patients across a variety of clinical settings, including ICU, neurological, respiratory, and cognitive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, supporting patients through their recovery journey. Required Skills:
Minimum of 15-18 months of recent experience within a specialty setting
Valid BLS certification
Georgia State Licensure for SLP / CCC-SLP credentials
Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior acute care experience
Proficiency in MBS/FEES (modification and evaluation procedures)
Experience supporting ICU, neurological, or respiratory patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Georgia licensure and CCC-SLP certification
1+ year of recent experience in acute care or hospital settings
Other Requirements:
Availability to work scheduled hours from 8am-4:30pm with variation and at least 2 weekends per 4-week period (preferably 4 weekends)
Willingness to support both local and travel assignments (accepting candidates for either)
Travel and licensure reimbursement, paid sick time, and additional bonuses provided as applicable
