We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential communication and swallowing services to diverse patient populations. In this vital role, you will evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain their ability to communicate effectively and improve their quality of life. Required Skills:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid NYS licensure and clinical certification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
Successful completion of clinical fellowship year
Ability to administer evaluations, diagnose disorders, and develop treatment plans
Excellent communication and educational skills for working with patients, families, and staff
Strong documentation and report-writing abilities
Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric or adult populations
Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and tools
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Experience with community outreach programs
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
NYS licensure and certification
At least one year of clinical experience post-fellowship
Other Requirements:
Successful passing of pre-employment health clearance
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to work weekdays during daytime hours (Days shift)
Travel reimbursements, licensure, certification, and other related expenses covered when applicable
