Required Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA, CCC-SLP)
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) qualified or completed
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with adult patients in neuro, stroke, ortho, and bedside cases
Familiarity with NICU populations
Skills in supervising and mentoring students and volunteers
Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
Research or program development experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
At least one year of clinical work experience in a healthcare setting
Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy services
Other Requirements:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Willingness to travel as required
Adherence to all certification, licensing, and employment health screening protocols
Commitment to providing culturally competent care
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95
