Join Our Team as a Temp - Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Marshfield, MO

Required Skills:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Missouri
Proven experience evaluating and treating communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Proficient in utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based intervention strategies
Strong documentation skills adhering to regulatory standards
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to provide patient and family counseling regarding speech and language issues
Ability to supervise and support CFYs or Student Speech-Language Pathologists, if applicable
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Additional certifications in swallowing or communication disorders
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
ASHA certification and current state licensure
At least 1 year of prior clinical experience, preferably in long-term care settings
Other Requirements:
Active ASHA membership and adherence to ASHA and State practice acts, codes of ethics, and conduct
Willingness to work weekdays on a consistent schedule; flexible hours as communicated with the Director of Rehabilitation
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent team communication
Willingness to participate in ongoing facility and company training, meetings, and conferences
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $56.95, with weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and other employment benefits including licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.
